Returns & Refund Policy
At Brandz4Less, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened and in their original sealed packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and accessories. The product must be in perfect resalable condition, and proof of purchase must be provided with your return. All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, and we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 working days and issued to your original payment method, though original delivery charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or used, if the original packaging is damaged or missing, or if security seals have been removed. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a return authorization number.
Returns will not be accepted without the following items: original packaging with all components and accessories in unused condition, valid proof of purchase from Brandz4Less showing order number and date, any warranty cards or documentation included with the product, and a completed returns form detailing the reason for return. All returned items undergo quality checks before refund approval. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days within mainland UK. You can track your parcel's journey using the tracking number provided. If you haven't received your tracking details or have concerns about your delivery, please contact our customer service team with your order number.
We do not deliver on UK bank holidays or weekends. Our delivery services operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods, such as Christmas and Easter, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend placing orders in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. However, delivery to certain postcodes in Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may incur additional charges and longer delivery times. Please check your postcode at checkout for specific delivery options and costs available to your area.
Next-day delivery is available on most items when ordered before 2 PM Monday to Friday. However, some larger items or products from specific suppliers may not be eligible for next-day delivery. The delivery options available for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout. Please note that next-day delivery incurs an additional charge.
Most orders do not require a signature and can be left in a safe place if you're not home. However, items valued over £50 and certain electronic products will require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot.
